Lance Gordon is the founder and Managing Director of Pentagon Corporate, a firm he established in 2008. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has postgraduate qualifications from Kaplan Online Higher Education (previously Kaplan Professional, Finsia, Securities Institute of Australia), where he has been a member of the Valuation Task Force since 2008). Lance commenced his career initially in chartered accounting but focused on investment banking (corporate finance). He has a broad range of investment banking and corporate finance experience, working with a range of mandates, industries and clients, ranging from small start ups to large listed companies. His core skill set includes valuations, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, business sales (divestments), financial analysis and financial modelling.
